When we were fortunate to have Meredith and Brad of A Care Connection become part of our lives, we had already been in a long battle to acquire services for our son and were accustomed to being provided with misleading and contradictory information. When we were told that we needed to find a “support coordinator” for him, we were not even sure what that was. With very little helpful information provided, we began to research what a support coordinator’s role would be and read testimonials that may be helpful. We made many phone calls to our list of agencies and received very few responses.

Meredith, of A Care Connection,  was quick to reply and knowledgeable from the first phone call. She took the time to explain what the role of the support coordinator would be, and immediately began working with me on what we lovingly called, “Team Michael!” Meredith and Brad work together regardless of who is assigned as your support coordinator. They both not only listened and learned more about Michael and what he needed, but supported us as well. They were continuously present and active in our goal of finding Michael a safe and appropriate environment to reside. They go above and beyond! Their care and concern for our son is genuine and appreciated more than words can express!
